Impeccable housekeeping service, room always cleaned perfectly. Comparable to 5-star hotels. Will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting Vietnam. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and communicated well in English. The room was spacious with a large window and a comfortable bed. The location was superb, with everything we needed nearby. The street was surprisingly quiet at night, making it easy to fall asleep. Grab bikes and cars arrived within 10 minutes, saving us time and hassle. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, including the security guard, were friendly and helpful. Plus, we loved the handmade products they sold. All of this for only $20 USD per night, including a delicious breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, as the rooms were clean and had fresh bedsheets. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were courteous, resourceful, and always willing to help, whether it was finding a taxi for an early morning flight or providing recommendations for nearby attractions. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in the city center.

The location was ideal, with all the major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. I also loved the nearby food market where I could indulge in delicious local Vietnamese cuisine. The staff at the reception desk were fantastic and went out of their way to assist me, even ordering a taxi for my airport transfer. The hotel also had the thoughtful provision of free showering facilities, which came in handy before my late flight. Cabana Hotel Saigon provided excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.
